Who we are
Cotswolds Capital is the trading name of three affiliated entities operating across the jurisdictions in which the firm is active. Cotswolds Capital Advisors Limited is registered in England and Wales (Company Registration Number 16873557) with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Cotswolds Capital Inc. is registered in the United States of America (EIN 61-2316210) with its registered office at 1430 Broadway, New York, NY 10018, USA. Cotswolds Capital Consulting L.L.C. is registered in the United Arab Emirates (MLN 1562611) with its registered office at Tajer 9051, Downtown, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. References to "Cotswolds Capital", "the firm", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer collectively to these entities and, where the context requires, to the specific entity with which a particular engagement or correspondence relates. The term "Partner", where used on this Site or in any correspondence from the firm, refers to an Officer of Cotswolds Capital or otherwise to an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications. It does not imply or confer partnership in the legal sense.
Nature of the firm and its activities
Cotswolds Capital operates as a discreet strategic advisory firm. The firm is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom, the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States, or by any equivalent financial regulatory authority in the United Arab Emirates or elsewhere. The firm does not hold regulatory permissions to carry out regulated financial activities in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this Site constitutes or should be construed as a financial promotion, investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to provide regulated financial services of any kind. Where the firm's engagements touch on matters that require regulated advice, including but not limited to investment advice, tax advice, or legal counsel, clients are directed to appropriately qualified and authorised professionals. The firm conducts itself in accordance with the professional standards and behavioural expectations applicable to regulated advisory firms, notwithstanding its unregulated status.
No advisory relationship
Access to or use of this Site does not create, and should not be construed as creating, any advisory relationship, fiduciary duty, or professional engagement between Cotswolds Capital and any person accessing it. Any formal engagement with the firm is governed exclusively by a written engagement letter or agreement executed between the relevant Cotswolds Capital entity and the client.
