Cotswolds Capital Consulting L.L.C. is registered in the United Arab Emirates (MLN 1562611) with its registered office at Tajer 9051, Downtown, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. References to "Cotswolds Capital", "the firm", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer collectively to these entities and, where the context requires, to the specific entity with which a particular engagement or correspondence relates. The term "Partner", where used on this Site or in any correspondence from the firm, refers to an Officer of Cotswolds Capital or otherwise to an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications. It does not imply or confer partnership in the legal sense.

Cotswolds Capital operates as a discreet strategic advisory firm.
